Policies

We
require the following vaccines be current before
your pet stays with us:
Canine:
Required vaccines/tests for boarding, grooming or
hospitalization:
1. Bordetella (Every 6 Months)
2. Lepto-booster required (Within the last 12 months)
3. Worm check (Within the last 12 months)
Required vaccines in
the last 3 years:
1. Rabies
2. Distemper/ Parvo Combination
Feline:
Required vaccine/tests in last year
1. Feluk-booster
required
2. Worm check
3. Rabies
Required vaccines in
last 3 years:
Feline Distemper/Rhinotracheitis
Feline Leukemia Test
required once in a lifetime if current on leukemia vaccine
Pets
will be checked upon arrival for fleas / ticks.
If found, your pet will be treated at your expense with
Capstar..

Attention Clients:
Effective
February 1, 2008 the following changes will
take effect regarding Sunday business hours:
- Sheabel
Animal Medical Center will be open only
on the 1st Sunday of each month, and
during "Peak Periods"
- Sheabel
Pet Hotel will be open each Sunday from
1:00 PM to 5:00 PM - "Peak Periods" are
June through September, Holidays and
Spring Break.
Drop
off
is
anytime between 7:00 am and 6:30 pm Mon-Fri, 7:00 am - 5:30 pm Sat
and 1:00 pm -
5:00 pm on Sundays.
Credit Card Deposit
required for Holidays.

peak rate periods, there will be an additional $3.00 per day added to
boarding rates. Peak rates include June through September and Holidays,
including Spring Break for Fayette County Schools.

is a 2-day minimum charge for weekends (Fri - Sun).
